Luxury Suites Services, Manger

The Sapphire Services Manager, supports all luxury suite pre arrival planning and experiences. They will coordinate with guest, learn about any unique interest, and generate a custom Pre Arrival Itinerary.

The Sapphire Services Manager will be responsible for managing all suite reservations related to Atlantis, Paradise Island and liaise with appropriate on-property teams to ensure guests receive exceptional service and the utmost experience. The Sapphire Services Specialist will work with the Director of Sapphire Services, corresponding with the Sapphire Services guests to create custom itineraries prior to their arrival and communicate this information to the appropriate on-island teams prior to arrival.

He/She will be responsible for arranging the VIP arrival experience (including meet and greet by on-island management and executives), prepare VIP arrival lists and block rooms as they become available, and ensure that the guests’ requests and details are accurate at all times.

The Sapphire Service Manager will additionally pro-actively sell Sapphire Services Experiences to these identified guests and solicit our guest inbound registry with the goal of generating revenue while curating incredible experiences designed to exceed expectations and develop a loyal relationship leading to guests’ return to Atlantis.

• Provide personalized service to all designated VIP clients originating from our Executive team, APV, Convention and Leisure teams, and any client requiring VIP treatment, i.e. Sportsperson, Member of Government, media celebrity, actors/actresses, etc.
  
  Individualized attention begins with initial reservation (when applicable),
• Follow up after the guests’ departure to ensure satisfaction. Empowered to ensure guests issues, complaints, i.e. billing disputes, service breakdowns, and hotel issues are resolved in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
• Sell and upsell revenue generating experiences to existing and new clients during the booking process prior to their arrival to the resort.
• Compiling itineraries and communicating with all necessary executives and associates at the property to ensure the guests is provided exceptional treatment and service.
• Maintaining key relationships with all on-island departments and vendors to ensure superior and exceptional service for the VIP client.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sapphire Services with daily responsibilities as needed.
• Create digital files/database on all designated VIP clients with notes on guests’ preferences, issues, etc. are noted from prior visits.
• Understand the process of issuing certificates throughout the company. This includes in-house promotions, charity event requests, Sales, and Marketing Promotions, etc.
• Additional projects assigned by Executive Team based on business needs.

• 3 + years of previous experience in high-end hospitality required.
• 2 + years of sales experience within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• BS Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of LMS Preferred
• Travel as needed for events and high-end experiences.
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
