Aboutthe role
The Residential Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining private residences to exacting luxury standards – ensuring every home is immaculate, meticulously organized, and fully prepared for resident enjoyment. This role provides highly detailed cleaning, care of furnishings and finishes, restocking of amenities, and support for personalized touches that create a seamless, residential‑style living experience.
What you will do- Remove soiled linens and towels and replace them with freshly laundered items; make beds to Four Seasons residential standards.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Vacuum carpets and clean marble, hardwood, tile, and specialty surfaces using proper techniques to protect high‑value finishes.
- Remove room service trays, dishes, or resident service items and ensure proper placement in designated service areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from designated bins throughout the residence and relocate items to appropriate disposal points.
- Submit all maintenance concerns in residences, public areas, or back‑of‑house spaces through designated work order systems; escalate urgent matters to Residential leadership.
- Add thoughtful finishing touches that elevate the residential experience (e.g., organizing items, polishing glassware, cable management, microfiber cloth placements, etc.).
- Restock amenities – such as toiletries, stationery, kitchen items, and home essentials – based on residential preferences and property standards.
- Treat all resident belongings and private information with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
- Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience
, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or residential environment. - Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of HotSOS preferred/is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.

This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
