Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina is looking to welcome a Front Office Supervisor to join the team!
Our property, which has 595 guest rooms, is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, less than 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale sand via our beach shuttle. Our 15+ team members report to our Director of Front Office.
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years as a GSA with OnQ experience. Availability to work the required shifts. Passion for service recovery and team leading.

Shift Pattern

Full availability (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) (AM/MID/PM/Overnight)

Rate of Pay

$21.00 per hour plus opportunity to earn additional incentives

What will I be doing?
  • Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including, but not limited to, guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
