Position: Internship, Human Resources (Summer 2026)
Job Description

As an HR Intern in the Zimmerman Infuzion Internship Program, you will be exposed to all facets of Human Resources.

You'll be expected to above and beyond to ensure all interns have an EPIC internship experience. Top executives and experienced professionals are available to lend you their expertise to ensure that you are prepared for success. This three-month program takes determination, collaboration, and commitment at all levels. The Infu Zion HR experience will introduce you to Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation, and more.

Human Resources Intern Responsibilities

* Serve as a liaison between the agency, Human Resources, and Infu Zion interns

* Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and room setup

* Capture photographs and videos of intern activities and maintain an organized archive of all Infu Zion program metadata throughout the summer

* Track and record intern timesheets for the duration of the program

* Assemble new hire welcome kits and onboarding materials

* Collect intern documentation and compile complete new hire packets

* Provide support for Business Continuity planning initiatives

* Coordinate and support philanthropic and community engagement activities with the intern group

* Assist with intern issue resolution and escalate concerns as appropriate

* Compile and organize Infu Zion final project materials and weekly survey data

* Rotate through multiple Human Resources functions, gaining hands-on experience and participating in projects across Training & Events, Facilities/Reception/Office Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits

* Other Duties assigned

Required Skills:

* Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology or similar

* Program recommended for upcoming Junior or Seniors (with a December 2026 or May 2027 graduation date)

* Able to commit to Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm for the entire 11 weeks of the program (Tuesday, May 26, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026)

* Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong aptitude for learning new systems.

* Exudes maturity and professionalism in line with that of a full-time associate, and shows dedication and commitment to the program and work performed
