Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of digital commerce platforms and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • IT Project Coordination
  • Utilizes expertise in fulfillment and warehouse operations to support IT initiatives
  • Collaborates directly with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations Order Management & Issue Resolution
  • Oversees orders and transfers, resolving any issues across Counterpoint POS, HELM B2B, and  B2C platforms
  • Email Marketing & Product Data Management
  • Manages email marketing campaigns for , overseeing product data management
  • Cross-Departmental Product Data Support
  • Provides product-related assistance to various departments as needed
  • Customer Onboarding & Communication
  • Oversee HELM-related customer communications and manages the onboarding process for new B2B clients
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with project management tools and resources.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
