We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of digital commerce platforms and campaigns.
Responsibilities- IT Project Coordination
- Utilizes expertise in fulfillment and warehouse operations to support IT initiatives
- Collaborates directly with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations Order Management & Issue Resolution
- Oversees orders and transfers, resolving any issues across Counterpoint POS, HELM B2B, and B2C platforms
- Email Marketing & Product Data Management
- Manages email marketing campaigns for , overseeing product data management
- Cross-Departmental Product Data Support
- Provides product-related assistance to various departments as needed
- Customer Onboarding & Communication
- Oversee HELM-related customer communications and manages the onboarding process for new B2B clients
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing.
- Experience with project management tools and resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
