Senior Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager, ERP / PMO to lead high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives supporting the Solar Division and broader business operations. This role will play a critical leadership function in the early stages of a major ERP transformation program, working in a matrixed environment with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external systems integrators.

This position is ideal for a senior, enterprise-focused transformation Project Manager who understands ERP architecture, can translate between finance, supply chain, and project operations, and can drive accountability across vendors and internal teams while anticipating cross-module dependencies.

• Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise ERP and business transformation initiatives from early-stage program buildout through execution
• Own and maintain integrated project plans, including schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, using the PMO framework
• Partner with business leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations to define scope, requirements, and success criteria
• Manage and coordinate work streams delivered by external systems integrators, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and accountability
• Provide executive-level status reporting, risk assessments, and decision support to senior leadership
• Anticipate and manage cross-module and cross-functional dependencies across finance, procurement, supply chain, and project systems
• Apply Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies to balance governance, speed, and execution risk
• Lead project governance routines, including steering committees, status reviews, and milestone checkpoints
• Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, RAID logs, and change control artifacts
• Drive strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams

• 7+ years of project management and process improvement experience in a large, complex IT or enterprise environment
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP or major business systems implementations (Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms)
• Experience working directly with systems integrators and managing vendor delivery and accountability
• Strong understanding of enterprise ERP landscapes, including finance, procurement, and supply chain domains
• Experience operating in early-stage program buildout or transformation environments
• PMP certification required
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
• Exposure to Primavera / P6, especially in construction or capital project environments
• Experience with Oracle SCM or global supply chain systems
• Background leading module-based enterprise rollouts (e.g., GL, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects)
• Experience in construction, engineering, EPC, or asset-intensive industries

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in high-visibility, deadline-driven, and transformation-oriented environments
