We built an agentic AI system that automates what traditional VC diligence does with armies of analysts. Code audits. Patent analysis. Technical benchmarking. Supply chain mapping. It runs across 10 frontier technology segments: quantum, photonics, neural interfaces, agentic AI, biodesign, advanced materials, edge computing, synthetic biology, robotics, and space tech.

The system is built. The fund is not.

We’re looking for one person to raise the capital and run the fund. You bring the LP relationships. We bring the infrastructure. Together it’s a deep tech firm that runs on one operator and one system. Not 20 people and consensus.

Pre-seed through Series A. $250K to $2M checks. Technical founders only.

Compensation is significant ownership plus profit share on fund returns. No salary. This is a co-founder structure, not a job.
