HubSpot Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hub Spot Integration Engineer in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Hub Spot Integration Specialist focuses on connecting the Hub Spot platform with other systems and tools to improve data flow, automate processes, and enhance overall business operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The Hub Spot Integration Specialist works closely with various teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to understand needs, develop solutions, and provide training and support.

• Integration Design & Implementation:
  Develop and implement scalable solutions for data migration, system configuration, and Hub Spot integrations with other platforms
• Data Management:
  Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Hub Spot and across integrated systems, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation and data synchronization
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, IT) and external clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support
• Process Optimization:
  Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and automation
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, configurations, and workflows
• Staying Updated:
  Stay informed about the latest Hub Spot features and best practices, as well as relevant technologies and trends in the integration space

• Must have 3+ years of experience with and strong knowledge of CRM systems, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including workflows, custom objects, properties, and integrations;
  Hub Spot experience is ideal;
  Hub Spot Certification preferred
• Must have experience with APIs, custom scripts, and technologies like Python, Node.js, or PHP for integration development
• Must have general knowledge of database structure, data integration experience with data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation, as well as ETL processes
• Must be collaborative with excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Must be able to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations
• Must be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure successful project delivery; knowledge of Click Up is ideal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
