o Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Knowledge of operating systems, Active Directory, and networking.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.

Experience with Service Desk incident management tools.
o
Experience with Active Directory, O365, Intune, OKTA, G Suite, Jamf and CEM.

Qualifications:
o 2-4 years of help desk or technical experience.
o 2+ years of desk-side support experience.
o Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
o Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
o 100% onsite.
