Title: Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor (JMETC User Support Team) – responsible for leveraging TRMC capabilities across diverse user communities, serving as a liaison between end users, application developers, senior leadership, and the DoD Test and Training community.
Responsibilities- Develop required roadmaps and related artifacts for leveraging TRMC capabilities across diverse user communities.
- Provide technical direction and act as a liaison between end users, application developers and senior leadership across the DoD and Test & Training community.
- Plan and coordinate technical support with military, civil service and support contractor personnel for the Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy.
- Monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying resources and training necessary to assess, screen and prioritize opportunities, and by defining requirements, developing specifications, and implementing timelines and milestones.
- Optimize results for customers and the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
- Work within a supervisory framework and collaborate with military acquisition programs.
- Travel up to 25% of the time, with possible surge requirements to support end‑users at DoD ranges and labs across the United States.
Active Top‑Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain SCI.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in an engineering/technical field or a non‑technical field with 20 years of IT leadership experience within the DoD.
- Experience identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
- Experience with development of technical roadmaps.
- Experience working with TRMC and OUSD (R&E) or Service Headquarters.
- Knowledge of military acquisition programs.
- Experience with Capabilities Based T&E.
- Experience with project management.
- Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of strategic relations, digital engineering, knowledge management within DoD testing and training, DoD programs and acquisition process, enterprise software development, and computer operating environments.
- Supervisory experience.
Basic compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 (Washington, DC area only).
