Role Overview
Sr. Data Scientist leading HR People Analytics initiatives within the Human Resources technology team. As a subject matter expert, focus on high‑impact solutions to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR and Enterprise Technology leadership to identify and prioritize data analytics opportunities.
- Drive implementation of time‑bound data solutions aligned with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Apply expertise in data science, natural language processing, and generative AI to deliver tangible solutions within our Technical Human Resources environment.
- Develop and deploy sophisticated data science models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
- Break down complex scientific projects into manageable hypotheses and deliverable solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure relevance and impact of your work.
- Provide expert guidance on generative AI implementation best practices.
- 10+ years of proven experience in data science, computer science or related technical field.
- Programming proficiency in Python, C/C++ or other applicable languages.
- 8+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role post‑master’s degree.
- At least 7 years of direct experience developing and delivering data analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in generative AI/NLP.
- Technical master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen and technical vision.
- Experience working in a consulting model, delivering solutions for clients or internal teams.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Strong experimental design and analytical modeling capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations.
- Experience with end‑to‑end generative AI solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments.
- Experience in aerospace or related technical industries.
