ERP​/CRM Architect

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Architect to oversee the health, structure, and ongoing optimization of enterprise system data and workflows in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role partners with cross-functional teams across commercial, operational, and supply chain functions to keep core system information reliable, usable, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing systems experience, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to translate operational requirements into well-governed system practices.

Responsibilities:

- Own the accuracy and upkeep of core system records, including product data, bills of materials, routings, work centers, labor values, and planning settings.

- Administer workflow rules, approval paths, and transaction controls to support consistent and compliant system usage.

- Review, process, and validate engineering changes and master data updates to ensure downstream operational impact is properly addressed.

- Perform recurring data audits, resolve discrepancies, and drive corrective actions that improve system reliability.

- Maintain system configuration that supports day-to-day ERP and CRM functionality across business units.

- Partner with planning and procurement teams to confirm inventory-related data is correct and supports effective material decisions.

- Create and update procedures, user guides, and training documentation for system-driven processes.

- Provide end-user assistance and deliver training that improves adoption of ERP and CRM tools and standards.

- Produce reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that help teams make informed operational decisions.

- Lead data cleanup and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to streamline business processes and system efficiency. Requirements Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
