Overview:

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Oracle Cloud Fusion to oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations, focusing on Oracle Financials and Oracle HCM Cloud. This role is central to a broader digital transformation effort, driving solution design, deployment, and adoption across multiple phases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM solutions, from planning through post-go-live support.
• Direct activities such as solution design, gap analysis, data migration, user training, and cut-over execution.
• Manage deliverables related to CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows).
• Oversee project scope, budget, and timeline while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including issue logs, status reports, and change requests.
• Coordinate training development and delivery for end users across all Oracle Cloud modules.
• Promote cross-functional alignment through strong communication, documentation, and change management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 5–7 years of project management experience, including hands-on leadership of Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM implementations.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud deployment phases (CRP, UAT, Cut-Over, Go-Live, and post-go-live support).
• Familiarity with core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) and HCM functionalities.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and drive delivery in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with experience working across business and IT leadership levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as MS Project, Jira, or Oracle PPM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile or Oracle Cloud certification
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies in enterprise systems.
• Prior experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
