Master Data Vendor Manager Opportunity
Join our client, a global shared service center providing finance and accounting services to multiple agencies. This role is in Fort Lauderdale and offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office). The ideal candidate will execute financial policies related to Shared Service Center activities and serve as a key liaison between agency representatives and the internal team to enforce stringent financial protocols.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless execution of financial policies related to Shared Service Center activities.
- Collaborate with business and procurement teams to facilitate the onboarding and modification of new vendors.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data, and awareness of functions and processes for Vendor Creation/modification.
• Enforce compliance with data standards, policies, and regulations related to vendor master data management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains in vendor master data management and provide feedback to the business process owner.
• Oversee the completeness of vendor requests to the offshore team for entry into Dynamics 365 and support in SOX Compliance testing.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable job experience.
• Managing vendor issues and escalation processes and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects as well as daily operational deadlines.
• Accounts Payable experience preferred, 6-10 years' experience working with SAP products or similar tools (ex: SAP-Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Coupa, Microsoft D365).
