Job Description

Title: IT Trainer

Duration: 12 month

The role requires someone with experience developing training content for multiple software platforms. SAP training is acceptable, but the role is not limited to SAP trainers.

• Develop training content for various software applications.
• Learn software applications with limited access to resources such as materials and SMEs.
• Apply the ADDIE process to design instruction.
• Engage technical team members and business stakeholders proactively.
• Create print content such as job aids, workbooks, quick reference guides, user guides, and presentations.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to supplement internal training materials and delivery.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including training and presentation skills.
• Experience in training design and delivery, including computer‑based training.
• Experience with desktop publishing tools and graphic object modification.
• Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques.
• Skill in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.

• 5 or more years of work experience.
• 3 or more years of work experience in IT, including at least one year in a training coordination role.
• Experience with training design and delivery, including computer‑based training.

This is an immediate requirement.
