Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing organization. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to articulate and manage all of the complexities associated with the successful outcome of major technical projects. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. A successful candidate should be self directed and excited about working with both current and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or combination of education and experience in a related business discipline (Software Development, IT, Project Management).

• 7+ years experience in Technical Project Management with ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple medium to large size technical projects with varying complexity
• 3+ years experience working in an Agile development framework and demonstrated ability to implement and enforce best practices
• A track record of shipping complex, critical initiatives on consistent timelines
• Direct and significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributors
• Experience managing technical projects in a SaaS and/or MSP environments
• Proven ability to manage cross functional, distributed teams while creating a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, innovation and continuous learning

• Ability to engage, present, and communicate with internal and external senior business stakeholders
• Ability to anticipate challenges and identify risks with project time frames or scope, and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders
• High degree of organizational and time management skills
• Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and prioritize work requests for effective resource management
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully adapt to change
• Team oriented and collaborative mindset
• Ability to comprehend a broad range of technical specifications
• Familiarity with working in AWS deployment environments is a plus
