The Bertelsmann Marketing Services IT is the central technology partner for all Bertelsmann Marketing Services units in the DACH region. With around 100 experts, we develop and operate powerful IT solutions for a wide range of marketing and media services – from the high-reach bonus program to campaign and regional marketing, as well as print and letter shop services with more than 700 million printed pages annually.

Three months of study at the university alternate with three months of practical experience with us. In our Data & AI department, you will face exciting tasks related to data and artificial intelligence:
Data Engineering & Analytics:
You will learn how to merge, process, and make data from different sources usable for business analysis. Machine Learning & AI:
You will gain insights into the construction of intelligent models – from the recognition of patterns in data to modern applications with large language models. Data Visualization & Dashboards:
You will help to prepare complex data so that they are understandable and relevant for decision-making for departments. MLOps & Modern Tool chains:
You will experience how AI systems are operated, monitored, and continuously improved in practice. You can align project work, seminars, and bachelor theses closely with our current topics – thus actively shaping our Data & AI initiatives. From day one, you are a permanent member of the team, take on responsibility, and get to know the diversity of our business-to-business services.

Qualifications:

You have completed your (vocational) high school diploma with good success. You are interested in IT and data and have ideally already gained some practical experience – for example, through school projects, internships, or private projects. You like to work in a team, communicate openly, and actively participate. You are curious, committed, and enjoy learning new things and developing yourself further.
