Workday Senior Certified Compensation Consultant – Developer II – Enterprise Solutions
Position:
Workday Senior Certified Compensation Consultant – Developer II – Enterprise Solutions
- Lead and coach team members on gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
- Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third‑party or custom solutions.
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
- Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively on team‑based projects.
- Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
- Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions:
Compensation. - 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Functional human resources experience.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training.
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus.
- Expected travel is +/-20% depending on project.

Remote–US
Compensation Range: $60,000–$90,000
