What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day- Lead and strategize: drive the roadmap for our enterprise imaging strategic plans and oversee multiple complex technology projects from start to finish.
- Mentor and guide: act as a leader and mentor to other imaging administrators, fostering a collaborative high‑growth environment.
- System maintenance: configure, troubleshoot, and maintain clinical modalities to keep our diagnostic pipeline running flawlessly.
- Collaborate: work closely within a strong matrix team environment, bridging the gap between complex IT infrastructure and frontline clinical workflows.
- Solve complex problems: utilize your critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve high‑stakes technical issues in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a formal four‑year program (required).
- 4–6 years of relevant IT or business‑unit experience supporting enterprise technology (required).
- 5+ years of PACS administration experience, combining technical IT skills with clinical workflow knowledge (required).
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining clinical modalities (required).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members (required).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑service mindset (required).
- Availability to participate in after‑hours and weekend on‑call rotations (required).
- Core Systems: VNA, Philips Intellispace Rad PACS, Philips Intellispace CV PACS.
- Specialized Modalities:
Tera Recon Rapid.
AI, GE Muse, GE Viewpoint, Stryker Life Net, Hologic MS Power Share, PACSGear/Scan, EC2. - Epic Modules:
Radiant, Cupid, Lumens. - Familiarity with other enterprise imaging software and hardware platforms.
Essential experience: five years of relevant experience in the field.
