ERP Systems Analyst - NetSuite

The ERP Systems Analyst (Net Suite) reports to the Senior Manager, ERP Systems. The ideal candidate is our primary Net Suite technical resource but should also be able to perform functional work. They will work semi‑independently to gather requirements and propose solution alternatives for high‑level problem statements. They will be responsible for technical delivery, day‑to‑day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Net Suite and connected business systems that support Resolve Marine’s global operations.

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Oracle Net Suite, designing, building, and maintaining workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom records, forms, and other customizations to support business needs.
• Analyze existing processes and define new processes for Oracle Net Suite, UKG, and custom applications with a focus on improving productivity, efficiency, and/or data quality. Incorporate Celigo Cloud Extend into current and future processes to increase transparency and improve productivity.
• Build, monitor, and maintain data interfaces and integrations between Net Suite and related platforms (using Celigo, Suite Script, or other scripting languages).
• Serve as subject matter expert for Net Suite functions including Project Management and Project Accounting (including Charge Based Billing / Invoicing).
• Key team member in implementing Net Suite AI strategy (including Claude adoption).
• Receive, triage, and resolve user‑submitted system tickets related to Net Suite and connected systems, providing timely troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and clear communication to end users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and end users to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Test, validate, and deploy system changes following established change‑management and quality practices to minimize disruption to users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience administering and configuring Oracle Net Suite in a technical capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Net Suite workflows, scripts, saved searches, custom records, and forms.
• Experience supporting Net Suite Project Management, Project Accounting (including Charge Based Billing / Invoicing). Experience with Revenue Recognition is a plus. Knowledge or working experience with MCP Server, Net Suite AI features, or enabling Claude / Net Suite is a plus.
• Working knowledge of system integrations and data interfaces, with the ability to build and maintain connections between Net Suite and other applications (UKG, custom applications).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Ability to work independently but also demonstrates willingness to collaborate and knowledge share.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Experience resolving user‑submitted system tickets, including troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and clear end‑user communication.
• Understanding of common business processes such as accounting, purchasing, inventory, project accounting, and invoicing as they relate to ERP configuration.
• Proficient computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Office Suite products.
