As our new HRIS Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of HR technology and financial planning, optimizing our Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning landscape on a global scale. You will play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making, operational agility, and seamless planning processes across the enterprise.

- You serve as a subject matter expert in both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes
- You provide post‑production support for Adaptive Planning, resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs
- You collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high‑quality Workday and Adaptive Planning solutions
- You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes
- You perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning
- You deliver end‑user training and create documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools
- Experience: You bring 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning, including configuration, system integrations, and post‑production support
- Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Information Systems, or Finance, or bring equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- Certification: A Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage
