Crowe is seeking a Service Now ITOM Manager to join our growing ITOM team. This role emphasizes hands-on development and configuration of Service Now ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management to deliver scalable, client-ready solutions.
You will work with Solution Architects and engagement leads, collaborate across teams, document solutions, and support testing, deployment, and performance tuning. Travel up to 30% for client engagements is anticipated.
