We are actively seeking a Warranty Administrator for a heavy equipment and diesel engine dealership in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves processing warranty claims, communicating with mechanics to gather technical details, and following up with manufacturers to ensure full payment recovery. You'll work in an open office environment, collaborating closely with the service team and reporting to the service manager while maintaining accountability to the executive team on claims status.

Requirements:

Must-haves:1-2 years of warranty claims experience with MTU engines, including submitting claims and securing payment

Understanding of MTU claims processes, requirements, and strategies to maximize reimbursement

Ability to ask mechanics the right technical questions to strengthen warranty submissions

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Docu Sign Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, persistent, and detail-oriented

Ability to track metrics and monitor performance

Knowledge of CDK dealership software

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with other major engine manufacturers (Cummins, CAT)
Background in automotive or insurance claims

Familiarity with service report documentation

Technical understanding of engine repairs and warranty processes

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $40,000–$60,000 annually
