Salary: $50,000 – $53,000 + Benefits

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Opportunity Overview:
Our client, a fast‑paced pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a sharp, self‑motivated Data & Reporting Analyst for a high‑visibility role. Reporting to a remote manager, you will serve as the on‑site anchor for data operations, building critical reports and interacting directly with the Sales Group and the CEO. This is an incredible launching pad to bypass traditional corporate hierarchy and gain immediate executive exposure.
Responsibilities
- Query & Extract:
Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and manipulate complex data. - Build & Automate:
Create automated dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Automate, Python, or R to streamline manual workflows. - Executive Delivery:
Translate raw numbers into actionable insights for the C‑suite and Sales leadership. - Executive Dashboard Management:
Build, maintain, and update interactive data visualizations and executive dashboards. Synthesize complex metrics into clear, scannable data points that provide the CEO and internal stakeholders with immediate operational visibility. - Sales Group Support:
Partner directly with the internal Sales Group to analyze regional performance, pipeline health, and tracking metrics. Serve as the primary, service‑oriented data point of contact for ad‑hoc analytical requests from sales teams. - Process Automation:
Identify operational bottlenecks in data workflows and design automated data pipelines using Power Automate, Python, or R. Maximize data efficiency by migrating manual Excel tasks into automated scripts. - Data Integrity & Security:
Audit datasets continuously to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality control before leadership review. Handle highly sensitive and confidential company financial, sales, and pharmaceutical data with total discretion. - Autonomous Problem Solving:
Independently manage the daily analytical queue within a lean, two‑person department. Proactively troubleshoot technical data discrepancies on‑site without requiring constant hands‑on oversight from remote management.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required (Analytics, Finance, or IT preferred). - Tech Stack:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency or strong foundations in SQL, Power Automate, Python, or R. - Independence: A true self‑starter capable of driving your own daily workload without hands‑on oversight.
- Resilience:
Thick skin and high pressure tolerance to thrive under tight deadlines and executive expectations. - Pluses:
Prior experience with human or animal health pharmaceutical data.
