A fast growing payments company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our San Juan, PR team.
What you’ll do- Configure and support POS systems (Clover, Dejavoo, Pax)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide phone-based technical support to merchants
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Document cases and maintain technical processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking basics)
- POS system experience is a plus
- Clear communicator who can explain tech to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
- Customer service phone experience is a bonus
