City of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a part-time IT Help Desk Technician to manage a queue of tickets and assist with phone and walk-in support. The position is hourly, on a temporary basis, and capped at 32 hours per week in accordance with City policy.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining Active Directory users and groups, and documenting work orders. A Florida driver's license within 30 days is required.
