You will troubleshoot, coordinate with remote teams and vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the site, with dispatch or resident coverage as needed. Responsibilities include desk/laptop troubleshooting, warranty coordination, AV room checks, conference room account management, basic printer support, and on-site infrastructure
