Requirements Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- We are looking for 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within manufacturing or another operational setting.
- We need proven experience leading system deployments, enhancements, or cross‑functional initiatives.
- We expect strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional specification writing.
- We require solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain workflows.
- We need demonstrated skill in diagnosing complex system problems and coordinating resolution across multiple teams.
- We require experience with ERP platforms and shop floor integrations such as HMI/MES.
- We value strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and data interpretation skills.
- We require excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- We need strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
- We look for a self‑starter who can quickly learn and adapt in complex technical and operational environments.
- Preferred experience includes supporting or implementing ERP systems in a plant environment.
- Preferred familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods.
- Preferred experience with integrations, middleware, or data mapping across platforms.

- We own the design, deployment, and ongoing support of ERP and related systems aligned with inventory, production, supply chain, and quality control processes.
- We serve as the main escalation point for plant‑level ERP and HMI issues, working to resolve complex problems quickly and limit downtime.
- We oversee integrations between ERP, HMI, and production equipment to ensure dependable data movement and accurate MES‑related metrics such as production, yield, and scrap.
- We lead system testing and validation, including test planning, user acceptance testing coordination, and pre‑release validation in non‑production environments.
- We partner with corporate IT and vendors to plan and deliver updates, patches, and enhancements while maintaining strong change control and documentation.
- We develop user enablement approaches, including role‑based training, SOPs, quick reference materials, one‑point lessons, and feedback loops to improve adoption.
- We lead change management for implementations, upgrades, and process adjustments, providing direct support during go‑lives and high‑volume production periods.
- We create and sustain standardized documentation practices, acting as a key knowledge resource between plant operations, IT, and external vendors.
- We use system data, reporting, and user input to identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- We support continuous improvement efforts such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen by leveraging ERP and production data to improve decision‑making and business results.
- We mentor junior analysts or team members when applicable, reinforcing best practices in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution delivery.
