We're looking for an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to own the technical health of our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
You'll maintain deep knowledge of our business processes and keep well-architected, coherent solutions running across HCM, SCM, ERP, and EPM.
What You'll Do:- Administer and maintain multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud pillars (HCM, SCM, ERP, EPM) across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
- Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations following Oracle best practices
- Monitor system performance and scheduled processes, proactively resolving issues and supporting root-cause analysis
- Serve as primary liaison with Oracle Cloud Operations and Support
- Manage user provisioning, access, roles, and security controls in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain segregation of duties (SoD), change management, and environment controls
- Support identity management integrations (SSO, Azure AD, etc.)
- Plan, test, and coordinate quarterly/monthly updates across all environments
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks
- Support cutover/go-live activities and analyze Oracle release documentation for business impact
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Finance (ERP), HCM, and SCM
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security Roles and data access
- Experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion environments and managing quarterly/monthly release updates
- Experience supporting ERP applications, including HR, Payroll, Procurement, and Finance
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of application programming, database, and system design
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server technologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of experience administering Oracle systems (or similar) in an enterprise environment
- Prior experience with Infor Lawson ERP
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
- Experience with SRM and Global HR modules
- Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects
