Requirement elicitation and analysis
Creating system use cases and test plans
Business Systems Analysis (BSA/BA hybrid role)
5+ years UML diagramming (e.g., sequence, activity, class diagrams) Software architecture/design fundamentals
Hands-on development experience (any language)
Financial services/investment banking domain
1+ year API documentation experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., trading platforms, risk management)
Familiarity with BPMN or other modeling standards
