Are you a detail-oriented communicator who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling? We are looking for a Technical Writer to play a key role in how their products are understood, documented, and delivered.
What You'll Do- Own the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs, API docs, and system guides
- Write and refine Business and Functional Requirements Documents, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Build wireframes, diagrams, and mock-ups that bring complex processes and system designs to life
- Take highly technical concepts and translate them into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and support teams throughout the full development lifecycle
- Be an active participant in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos
- 2+ years in technical writing, software documentation, business analysis, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, Lucidchart, or Git Lab
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and the SDLC
- Strong ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can explain anything to anyone
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, Business, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with SQL or REST APIs
- RFI/RFP experience
- Background in mobile platforms, QA testing, or UAT
