Job Title:

Hardware Parts Tester

Location:

Melbourne, FL (Suntree area)

Shift: Mon to Fri from 8a to 5p

Pay: $25.00/hr

Required
  • A minimum of one-year experience evaluating physical electronic devices, circuit boards, and/or components to ensure they meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Must live a commutable distance from our Melbourne, FL facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execute Tests:
    Run functional, stress, and reliability tests on physical hardware components.
  • Troubleshoot Defects:
    Identify hardware faults, perform root cause analysis, and document failures.
  • Update & Program:
    Ability to update and program parts as needed.
  • Use Lab Equipment:
    Operate specialized tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters and environmental chambers.
  • Document Results:
    Write clear test reports and maintain records of test plans and metrics.
Skills & Attributes
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    Experience with lab hardware and basic scripting or automation tools
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex electronic or mechanical issues.
  • Team-orientedpersonality.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, andproceedwith objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively during periods of high activity andwith varyingpersonality styles and tasks.
