Information Technology Manager

The ideal candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand and help build out technology needs. This role will guide the strategies for all information systems and technology.

The individual will develop guidelines, standards, and policies and provide management of all IT functions. The ideal candidate is highly innovative and will lead IT strategies path forward and lead all aspects of our technological development and maintenance.

This person works best in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop, support, and align IT strategy to meet future aspirations
• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to defined business needs, system requirements, and timeliness for future system enhancements and implementations to support organization growth
• Serve as hands on technology leader, responsible planning, overseeing, and tracking technology projects, including systems administration, network, infrastructure, operations and processes.
• Build, oversee and develop a strong and engaged IT organization.
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.
• Develop compliance and governance in information security processes and standards and recommend changes and process improvements.
• Accountable for continuous operations and maintenance of IT systems and associate site infrastructure.

Skill &

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with .Net, MySQL, Systems Administration and Systems Integration a preferred with SQL skills a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related filed with project management, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Technology experience and transformations in Systems Administration, ERP, Business Intelligence, IT Systems, Networks, Operations, Cloud-based systems, security etc. preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a fast paced environment. Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and to cope effectively with complexity and change.
• Proven excellence as hands on leader capable of driving high impact initiatives that deliver meaningful business results.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations and the organization levers (systems, processes, departments, functions) that drive positive business results.
