A transportation engineering consulting firm is seeking a Geospatial (GIS) Specialist to support major transportation and infrastructure projects throughout South Florida, with a focus on FDOT District Four programs. This position will be responsible for GIS administration, enterprise geospatial data management, application development, and spatial analysis in support of project delivery and program management efforts.

- Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments
- Support GIS applications, databases, feature classes, map services, and geospatial data systems
- Develop, test, and deploy GIS applications and tools using Esri technologies
- Perform spatial analysis and data management to support transportation projects and program initiatives
- Create and maintain applications using ArcGIS Dashboards, Instant Apps, Story Maps, and Experience Builder
- Manage multi-user GIS environments, versioning workflows, and enterprise databases
- Participate in project coordination meetings and requirements gathering sessions
- Serve as a technical resource for GIS-related projects and assignments
- Prepare technical documentation and GIS procedures
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify GIS needs and implement solutions
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional GIS experience
- Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administration
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, Arc Map, and Arc Catalog
- Experience managing enterprise geospatial databases and multi-user GIS environments
- Working knowledge of spatial data management and GIS application development
- Proficiency with SQL and Python
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in a related field
- GISP certification
- Esri technical certifications
- Experience supporting transportation, roadway, or public infrastructure projects
- ArcGIS Enterprise

- Microsoft Office Suite
