Our company is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a Windows-based environment. This role is ideal for a technology professional with experience in desktop support, system imaging, hardware deployments, and Microsoft technologies including SCCM and Office 365.

The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, preparing and deploying devices, and ensuring users have reliable access to the tools they need to be productive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 laptops, desktops, and related peripherals
• Perform system imaging, configuration, and deployment of new and replacement devices
• Use SCCM to support software distribution, patching, operating system deployment, and endpoint management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and other Microsoft applications
• Set up, install, and deploy computer hardware, monitors, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices
• Support user account administration, basic access issues, and workstation configurations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems in a timely manner
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and deployment activity within the ticketing system
• Assist with equipment inventory management, asset tracking, and refresh initiatives
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users at all levels of the organization
