AsamemberoftheITSupportteam,youwillberesponsibleforthefulllifecyclemanagementofend-usertechnologyservices,including onboarding,provisioning,installation,configuration,upgrades,troubleshooting,repair,replacement,assetrecovery,andsecuritycompliance.

Youwillsupportabroadrangeofhardwareandsoftwaresolutionswhileensuringusershavethetoolsandresourcesnecessarytoremainproductiveandsuccessful.

Inadditiontooperationalsupportresponsibilities,thisrolecontributestothedesign,implementation,andcontinuousimprovementofend-usercomputingenvironments,includingworkstationinfrastructure,endpoint management,printingservices,collaborationtechnologies,andconferenceroomsystems.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillworkcloselywithinfrastructure,security,andbusinessteamstoenhancetheoveralluserexperienceanddriveoperationalefficiency.

• Provide comprehensive Tier1and Tier2technicalsupportto Zimmermanemployees ,ensuringtimelyresolutionofincidentsandservicerequestsinalignmentwithservicelevelexpectations.
• Manageon-siteITinventoryandoverseethefulllifecycleofITassets,including tracking,maintenance,deployment,andsecuredecommissioning.
• Procure,configure,anddeployend-usercomputingdevices,includingdesktops,laptops,peripherals,andmobilecellulardevices.
• Diagnoseandresolvesoftwareandhardwareissuesbothonsiteandremotely,ensuringminimaldisruptiontobusinessoperations.
• Configure,support,andtroubleshootarangeofprintingenvironments,includingdesktopprinters,label printers,andenterprisemultifunctiondevices.
• Providefoundationalnetworksupportandtroubleshooting,includingdeviceconnectivity,wireless access,andVLAN-levelconfigurationsupportincoordinationwithinfrastructureteams.
• CollaboratewithITengineeringandcross-functionalteamstodesignandimplementnewworkflows,processes,andtechnicalsolutionsforcomplexorrecurringissues.
• Developandmaintainclear,concisetechnicaldocumentation,translatingcomplextechnicalconceptsintouser-friendlyguidancefornon-technical audiences.

• DemonstratedexperiencesupportingmacOS,iOS,and Linux-basedenvironmentswithinanenterprisesetting.
• Relevanttechnicalcertificationssuchas
  
  CompTIAA+,Network+,Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE),orequivalentcredentials.
• Workingknowledgeofaudio-visualsystemsandconferenceroomtechnologies,includingsetup,troubleshooting,andend-usersupport.
• Experiencesupportingmission-criticalandsensitivesystems,withtheabilitytorespondwithappropriateurgencyandmaintainoperationalcontinuity.
• Provenabilitytoworkindependently,prioritizetaskseffectively,andmaintaincomposureinahigh-interruption,fast-paced environment.
• Strong written,verbal,andtelephonecommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointeractprofessionallyacrossalllevelsoftheorganizationduetothehigh-visibilitynatureoftherole.

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalencycertificate.
• 2-3 years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, printers, software, and IP networks within an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
