Digital Product Manager, Testing & Insights Company Overview

Our client is a national specialty retailer serving consumers and professional customers through stores, e-commerce, and a commercial sales division. The business supports a large multichannel customer base with significant seasonal variation across products, promotions, and purchasing behavior.

The Digital Product Manager, Testing & Insights is a senior individual contributor responsible for digital analytics, experimentation, and customer insights across the e-commerce business. This person will independently diagnose performance changes and convert complex findings into prioritized commercial actions for digital and senior leadership.

The position serves as the dedicated analytics and insights resource for the digital organization and has no direct reports. Experience analyzing retail or e-commerce performance is required. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and requires at least three days onsite each week.

• Analyze performance across digital demand, traffic, conversion, average order value, funnel efficiency, retention, product categories, promotions, and acquisition channels.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to identify the business drivers behind changes in customer behavior, orders, revenue, and channel performance.
• Convert findings into concise explanations, prioritized recommendations, and executive-ready reporting for weekly business reviews.
• Define key performance indicators, measurement baselines, data requirements, and reporting frameworks across web and mobile experiences.
• Develop hypotheses, success measures, and prioritization criteria for A/B and multivariate testing, then analyze results and recommend changes.
• Evaluate customer journeys and funnel friction through behavioral data, segmentation, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and usability research.
• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and Technology teams to validate findings and implement measurable improvements.

• Four or more years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce analytics, conversion optimization, experimentation, customer insights, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing commercial performance within a retail or e-commerce business is required.
• Experience developing testing programs that include hypothesis creation, prioritization, test design, measurement, statistical interpretation, and results communication.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools, including funnel, segmentation, and customer-journey analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose performance changes and translate analysis into specific recommendations for commercial and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with business-intelligence tools, customer-insight methods, and AI-assisted analysis is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
