We support hundreds of clients across North America, backed by North America's largest team of certified Citrix specialists, and recognized as a Citrix Platinum-tier partner and Partner of the Year. We deliver our solutions from our 20 data centers in six countries, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or on-premises.

We're looking for a hands-on leader to take full ownership of our Citrix-based Managed Services practice and our own DaaS offering. This is a build-and-run role: you'll shape the service catalog and operating procedures your team runs on, lead delivery day-to-day, and be the face of the practice for our clients.

Deep Citrix expertise isn't required on day one, we have that in-house, but a strong track record leading IT infrastructure and managed-services delivery for mid-market and enterprise clients is.

• Own and evolve our Citrix/DaaS service catalog: tiers, SLAs, and what's included at each level
• Enhance the standard operating procedures the practice runs on: onboarding, patch and vulnerability management, planned upgrades, escalation paths, and more
• Lead a dedicated delivery team day-to-day, with the ability to draw on a broader technical bench as needed
• Own service quality and SLA performance across the practice
• Be the primary point of contact for client satisfaction, kickoffs, and escalations
• Partner with our sales team to grow existing accounts, moving clients to higher service tiers, to a fully managed solution, or introducing them to more of the Citrix and Altanora portfolio
• Work with technical leadership on tooling decisions for the practice
• Help keep our internal Citrix lab, demo environment, and training capabilities sharp

• A strong background in IT infrastructure for mid-market or enterprise organizations
• Prior experience building or maturing a managed services practice
• Hands-on experience with a PSA/ITSM platform (HaloPSA, Connect Wise, Kaseya, Service Now, or similar)
• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• A hands-on, player-coach mindset, comfortable setting direction and picking up work directly
• Native English;
  French is an asset

• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Management of Cloud Marketplace offerings
