Product Manager

Titl is modernizing the title industry. We use artificial intelligence and modern data infrastructure to transform how property records are searched, analyzed, and delivered. Our platform turns fragmented land records into structured, audit-ready title data—faster, simpler, and more reliable than traditional workflows.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with deep experience in AI/ML to lead the development of systems that power title search, examination, and commitment generation. You’ll sit at the intersection of machine learning, product, and real‑world title workflows, translating complex technical capabilities into products that are accurate, usable, and trusted by professionals. This is a hands‑on role focused on shipping production systems, not just roadmaps.

• Define and own product strategy for AI‑driven title workflows
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements for ML teams
• Work closely with engineering and data science to:
  • define success metrics beyond accuracy (e.g., usability, auditability, speed)
  • Design workflows that integrate AI outputs into real‑world title operations
  • Drive product decisions based on real user feedback and production data

Ensure outputs are:

• explainable
• auditable
• aligned with title industry standards
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration between:
  • operations

• 4–8+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience working on AI/ML‑powered products

• evaluation metrics beyond “accuracy”
• Full Stack experience
• Ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience shipping production‑grade software

• Experience with document processing or NLP
• Workflow automation tools
• Data

• Familiarity with real estate, title, or government data systems
• Experience working with LLMs and retrieval‑based systems
