Balearia Caribbean is seeking a bilingual Motorman/Marine Mechanic for its Florida/Bahamas service based in Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This full-time role requires availability 6–7 days per week, with a primary shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and occasional weekend work.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience on commercial vessels, knowledge of marine diesel engines, and basic welding skills. Valid STCW and ENG1 are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a must.
