A global law firm is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join their Real Estate team in Miami, FL.

The Real Estate Paralegal position will provide assistance to attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions from pre to post closing duties.

This role is fully onsite.

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 Annual Salary

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, managing, and organizing various documents related to real estate transactions
• Attend closings and manage closing rooms
• Assist in pre-closing matters
• Manage the preparation and filing of various documents
• Maintain and organize legal files
• Communicate with Clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Real Estate Paralegal within a law firm experience
• Knowledge of complex issues within real estate practice area
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, and Notary Cam preferred
• High Attention to Detail
• Flexible to work overtime as needed
