• Insurance & Reinsurance Coverage Law
• Commercial Litigation

• Minimum billable requirement: 1,800 hours
• Base salary: $145,000 – $165,000+, commensurate with experience
• Annual billables bonus: Up to $50,000

This position involves working on complex insurance coverage litigation
, including:

• Commercial first-party insurance
• Third-party liability
• Professional liability
• Bad faith coverage disputes

The role includes responsibility for motion practice, coverage opinions, discovery, and client communications
, working as part of a collaborative team within a nationally prominent practice.

• JD from an accredited law school with above-average academic credentials
• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of private practice experience

• Admission to multiple state jurisdictions a plus
• Litigation experience handling insurance coverage matters across all phases, from pre-litigation management through motion practice and settlement or trial
• Strong legal writing skills with advanced legal research and analytical proficiency
