Salary: $180,000 - $260,000 per year.

A highly regarded Florida-based business law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney trained in a real estate transactions practice group who has represented developers, investors, and sponsors in acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial property acquisitions and dispositions
• Work on development projects including joint ventures, development agreements, and ground leases
• Represent developers, investors, and owners in complex real estate transactions
• Conduct due diligence and manage transactions from letter of intent through closing
• Work directly with partners in a mentorship-driven environment

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial real estate transactions practice
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Background from a law firm real estate practice group (Big Law or strong regional firm preferred)
• Strong academic credentials; law review or journal experience is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in pro bono, nonprofit, or community involvement
