I'm working with a highly respected Trust & Estates team seeking a Estate Planning Attorney with strong drafting and tax depth. This is a strategic growth hire for a sophisticated estate planning practice handling both foundational and advanced planning matters for all level of clients. If you enjoy customized drafting (not template-heavy volume work) and advising clients on structure and strategy - this is worth a conversation.
WhatYou'll Handle
- Estate & income tax planning
- Customized drafting of revocable & irrevocable trusts
- Design and structuring of gift and wealth transfer strategies
- Research on estate and tax issues
- Updating and refining planning templates & internal procedures
- Direct client advisory work
- 5+ years estate planning experience
- Excellent drafting precision
- FL Bar (active & in good standing)
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred
- Hybrid schedule
- Competitive base + bonus eligibility.
