I'm working with a highly respected Trust & Estates team seeking a Estate Planning Attorney with strong drafting and tax depth. This is a strategic growth hire for a sophisticated estate planning practice handling both foundational and advanced planning matters for all level of clients. If you enjoy customized drafting (not template-heavy volume work) and advising clients on structure and strategy - this is worth a conversation.

• Estate & income tax planning
• Customized drafting of revocable & irrevocable trusts
• Design and structuring of gift and wealth transfer strategies
• Research on estate and tax issues
• Updating and refining planning templates & internal procedures
• Direct client advisory work

• 5+ years estate planning experience
• Excellent drafting precision
• FL Bar (active & in good standing)
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
• Hybrid schedule
