Our client, a highly respected law firm with a robust trust and probate litigation practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Trust Litigation Attorney for their Miami or Fort Lauderdale office . This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to grow professionally in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and file petitions, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to trustees, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust litigation matters.
• Stay updated on Virginia trust and estate law developments.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 Years of Civil litigation experience
• Must be licensed in Florida, in good standing
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills.
