SummaryOur client, afast-growing manufacturer, seeks a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build andlead this function from the ground up. Two production locations, globallysourced components, and an active DTC parts business. Brand-new role with high visibility and real impact.
Requirements- Hands-on supply chain experience — onshore and offshore purchasing
- Experience sourcingprefab and custom-manufactured parts globally
- Warehouse operations leadership with direct reports
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Low volume manufacturing experience
- Comfortable building afunction without a playbook
- Automotive backgroundnot required
- Own purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply planning acrosstwo production sites
- Lead warehouse operations — inventory accuracy, safety, and DTC fulfillment
- Manage parts supply to production and an offsite company-owned warehouse
- Drive cost savings,reduce waste, and minimize production downtime
- ERP or inventory management system experience
