Our client, an established and growing Aviation Company, is seeking a Purchasing professional to join their team. As a Purchasing specialist, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting the operations of a busy repair station. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20.00- $25.00

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable procurement channels.

+ Work with established supplier base to obtain pricing and delivery information.

+ Execute purchasing functions to procure inventory parts and supplies efficiently.

+ Coordinate with stores and operations to maintain optimal inventory levels.

+ Perform cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and recommend economic alternatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably within the aviation industry.

+ Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other departments.

+ Strong written and oral communication skills.

+ Proficiency in MS Office suite and data entry skills; experience with Quantum is a plus.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; stable work history and professional appearance required.
