Field Operations Associate - Weekend Shift

Position: Field Operations Associate - Weekend Shift - $23.90/hr

* Schedule:

** Saturday - Wednesday, 8:00am- 4:30pm

Potential for overtime and mandatory on-call rotation

** What you will do-*
* + While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers

+ Prepare, ship, and receive products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel

+ Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.

+ Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations

+ Responsible for kit inspections and process orders for products

+ Work with internal resources for alternative product sourcing (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)

+ Maintain account records, signing, reporting, and filing/scanning documents. Cycle count activities

+ Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery equipment

+ Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries

+ Coordinate drivers and routes for shipments

+ Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.

+ Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays; handling urgent requests and ensuring shipments are complete for delivery and processing returns

+ Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization

+ Cross-training with other positions within distribution to fulfill on-call rotation needs

* Required Qualifications:

* + 2+ years of experience

+ Valid Driver's license with good driving record

+ Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

+ High School diploma or equivalent

* Preferred Qualifications:

* + Associates degree

+ Experience in a hospital, medical device, healthcare, or sterile processing environment.

+ Familiarity with medical terminology, implants, surgical instruments, or healthcare operations.

+

Experience with inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

+ Experience supporting on-call, after-hours, or customer-facing operations.

**$23.90
** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
