About the Role:
Maintenance Technician
- Provide monthly fire, safety, and health inspections.
- Maintain physical facilities in good working order (i.e., heating, and air-conditioning units, electrical fixtures, plumbing, furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous items).
- Test and document results of fire and smoke alarms on a monthly basis.
- Paint and repair walls as necessary.
- Maintain grounds including parking lot, sprinkler system, and outdoor lights.
- Maintain clean air vents and change air filters monthly.

What are the requirements?
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years related experience.
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Must be 21 years older or older.
- Effective communication skills with verbal and written English fluency required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Capable of standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, operating medium weight cleaning equipment
- Must be available to respond to emergencies.
