Summary - Responsible for keeping the dock and street level in order and clean, training new employees in their daily work assignments, and keeping the merchandise flow throughout the Outlet.

• Always keep the work area clean. Help at the dock area with the movement of equipment when all duties have been completed.
• Training of new employees.
• Move materials to and from various locations with the use of different equipment.
• Palletize materials and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Load and unload material from donation centers, stores, and docks.
• Keeping tipper, forklift, salvage, etc. logs up to date.
• Operate bale machine.
• Safely drive the forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A High School Diploma or GED is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the English language. Prior material handling experience is a plus.
• Good customer service skills.
• Experience using a pallet jack and hand truck is useful.
• Forklift Certification is required. Must pass a background test. Must pass a drug test. Prior felony convictions will not exclude you from employment, only job-related employment.
